JDM front bumper support

A question for those of you who have bought and installed jdm front bumpers. How many of you have installed the bumper without the jdm support? The reason I ask is because I have a chance to purchase one but it doesn't come with the bumper support or the curtis brackets.

you can get thin angle iron and get creative. i personally have the support on mine, but i don't see making your own support being to difficult. as long as you or a friend has a welder.

Thanks, I'm gonna try and contact Curtis to see if he still has any brackets left for sale. If not then I'll fab then using angle irons as you suggested.
