I've been sitting on these evo injectors for years...

Maybe I just haven't been around long enough, but I haven't seen any threads on these. I'm thinking they are a worthwhile upgrade. I don't recall if they are from an 8 or 9. From what I've read they drop right in. I'm hesitant to use them because they don't flow together well. Will I be able to compensate? I'm running a 16g and tuning with a GM maf and maf-t

Evo 8-9 are the same 560cc. I ran mine with a stock maf & safc no problem. When 825 makes out of JSB status She'll still have them along with an evo 8-9 maf & a keydiver chip I have.

While you can't make huge power in that size range, they're a good match for a 16g.

I agree. From the looks of your flowchart putting the lowest flow on cyl 4 would be the best bet, but they dont look like theyre "toast" by any means. You can always have them rebuilt too, if it really bugs you...

I have a set of them on mine, coupled with my B16g and AEM(plus other supporting mods, of course) I dyno'd 364.5 uncorrected @ 5600ft elevation last night. Plenty of useable power for a fun driver, also plenty to make you grin when you hit the happy pedal /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Thanks guys!

5of2k: that's really impressive! I didn't think you could get that much out of the 16g, or that small an injector. What percent of the injectors are you using? How much boost?

28psi, 80% duty cycle on the injectors. It also has a ton of other mods as well, its not simply a 16g and high boost. Check out my thread, i did a write up on it.

With the right tune and supporting mods, you can see around 400whp on a big/evo 16g. You'll be pushing it for sure, but its been done.
