My fuel sending unit is so rusted that the top fuel line busted open and is leaking gas all over the place. What is a replacement for the sending unit or if any one knows where I can get a custom one made. I read that someone used an eclipse gsx version but I still can't find one on the internet nor any auto parts shop. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bawling.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif

The instructions to convert a 1g fuel sending unit for use in a galant are on the first page of the "How To and Info Archive."

I saw that thread but they use the same top sending unit mount. I need a different top cause the fuel line is really rusted. It's leaking where the fuel line meets the mount. I tried putting putty as a temporary but there's still has seeping through... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

Drill it out and install a an6 bulk head fitting. Then get an adaptor to conect to the stock metric line. All necessary parts can be purchased at summit. Write ups can be found online.

I have a 1g dsm hanger that had been modded to fit gvr4 tank.
It has a walbro 255 mounted on it now
I'm located just over Illinois/Wisconsin border also.
Pm me if interested

This. I would do this. Especially if you plan to run E85. You can run Teflon lined fuel hose and it will save you a headache later.
