fuel level sender

can the 1g fuel sending unit be used in the galant vr4 or are the completley different?? i am using 2 bosch 044 but i think the sending unit went because i cant get fuel level reading on my cluster, thanks for your help... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

yes you can use a 1g in a VR4 but you'll have to modify it. give me a sec i'll dig it up for you

I have a 1g unit fitted in my tank (single walbro)... a little trimming off the bottom is all it needed, I believe
