Stupid question, Do these bolt up like stock on our motors?

No, you'll need an aftermarket manifold flanged for the q45.

Ahh ok yeah because I always see that people have these but never knew how they get them to bolt up. They just make it look so easy haha

That or cut off the flange and first few inches and weld on a flange or a larger plenum and flange.
