Pair of suede headrest with open centers. Match the suede on the gvr4 door panels. A little dirty and small amount of fade on the sides. Look great on the stock seats.

Just noticed the one installed on the seat in the pics is on backwards. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rofl.gif It makes it look bulkier than it really is.

They are the same size as my leather open headrests.
