It is a non-ball bearing 3076 with a billet compressor wheel. It spools just as quickly as a ball bearing turbo but doesn't recover as quickly between shifts. It is also oil cooled only (no need for water cooling) and cheap as hell to rebuild.

From FP:

"It is a new turbo we have not offered before, very similar to an FP3160 we have offered in the past, but with our 76HTA™ compressor wheel. Uses the T31 turbine center section and is a T3/T4 hybrid style turbo. It is a journal bearing/dry bearing CHRA meaning it has no water ports, so you will not run water lines with this turbo, it is oil cooled only.

This turbo does use the same compressor wheel found on our FP GT3076HTA™ Turbo, the biggest difference being that turbo is a BB and the 3176HTA on sale is not. If you have any other questions, please let me know!

This turbo is more comparable to the 3052, but actually falls in between the 3052 and 3065:

FP3052 = 52lb/min
FP3176HTA = 59lb/min
FP3065 = 65lb/min

Both the FP3052 and FP3065 use the standard Garrett cast compressor wheels where our FP3176HTA uses the 76HTA billet aluminum compressor wheel."

Yes...they only sell the bumper trim for the rear bumper (since it is the longest). but it is cut to fit for the front bumper, JDM bumpers, and door skins.
