is there chrome trim on these? It looks like there is on the center section but not on the outer pieces?

Looks like maybe the upper outer on the taillight sections is painted black (some chipping evident?). To complete the ensemble the molding on the lip of the trunk above these needs to match.

looks like someone spray painted the chrome trim on the side lights w/ flat black paint, and it's chipping off. Buyer will need to spend a little elbow grease re-painting the chrome black.
