FS: 1g EPROM ecu socketed *needs work*

I got this 1g socketed EPROM ecu for sale. Bought this with a leaky caps. Had all 3 caps replaced and the green transister on the back and it still doesn't work. It's good for someone that knows how to trace the problem. Might be something simple. Work was done by a friend that works at an electronics place.

Asking for $75 shipped same price I bought it for.

FYI - That is a 1990 ECU and if you are going to buy it and use it in a car 91 or later than you need to swap a pair of wires.

This was gonna go on my 90 talon but cant get it to work and found another non eprom ecu for 90 and need that cash to buy it. Tried it on my galant and swapped pin #6 and #14 i think that was....
