Filler tube vent hose

After filling up (first time sense buying the car back), my garage smelt of raw gas. I crawled under the car and found the bottom of the tank moist with gas.
I pulled the fuel pump inspection cover off and started it up to check for a leak, but it was coming from there.

I think its coming from the filler tube vent hose because the filler tube is new.

Does anyone know the diameter and length of the vent hose? (Pic below for reference)

Id check it myself but I pulled the car out the garage due to the smell and now its raining here.
