Door belt line molding clips needed-MB517510

Anyone have some of these clips in their hoard? It is the front clip for the door belt line moldings. Part number is as shown above. Apparently NLA and I broke two of them removing the moldings to paint the doors.

Or is someone knows a substitute type that works or can be modified to work, I would appreciate the insight.
