Seriously, if I remember correctly there are some small clips on the dogleg fixed to some tabs that should push into holes in the chassis to fix the doglegs. If your dogleg still has the tabs you should be able to pick up some universal fasteners that would do the trick or get down to your local dealer and see if you can pick up the correct ones if Autozone or whatever doesn't have anything in stock.
For a quick fix, I have always used window weld or something similar to hold body kits on and once cured it holds really well, just make sure you clean up all the surfaces before you apply it and tape it in place and leave it over night out of the rain to cure. If you are paranoid you could drill some tiny holes perhaps underneath or in the wheel well sections and either screw into the chassis or make similar small holes in the chassis and safety wire it but honestly window weld if applied properly and allowed to cure holds doglegs on like ... well like glue. Just use plenty and use an appropriate colour, clear or white for a SW car and black for NB or BG cars.
