Anyhow.. yes. That's worth buying if you've nothing better, are on a very limited budget, and just starting to mod your car. If you can stand to wait/afford it... just go with DSMlink (ecmlink now?). I know it's a lot more money, but it also opens up a lot more doors for you, as far as going fast properly.
Take into consideration that you can buy a DSMlink "lite" kit for 375. Say you spend 125 on a used SAFC, 75 on a logger setup... you're already halfway to a "link-lite" full tuning setup, provided your ECU is socketed, you can have it done cheaply, or you can socket it yourself.
It really is better to hold off and save for the good stuff.
If you just can't wait... go for it and pick up that kit.
