Can2 aka Pedro Cantu....I want my money or my parts

On 11-22-2010 I paid $150 for a 5 lug swap from Can2 and recieved a PM stating that he had got the money, boxed up the swap and was going to ship it out the next day and send me the tracking number. This was the last I have heard from him. The swap never showed up and I never got a tracking number. I've sent him a couple PM's and emails over the past month trying to get a explanation, but I've gotten no response. I've been pretty patient as I'd rather get the parts than a refund, but this is getting annoying.

If anyone knows him and can contact him I'd appreciate it, otherwise beware of doing business with him.
