I took the 'ol girl out this afternoon to Avery Island, LA home of the Tabasco factory. If any member here has an opportunity to go I recommend it however I didn't quite enjoy it as much as the Jack Daniel's Distillery or Hershey Chocolate Factory.

Car hasn't been washed in nearly a month, paint on the door trim has begun to fade from the intense summer heat, and the stock suspension needs to be changed out in lieu of an Ohlins coilover system on the way /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/devil.gif, nonetheless I thought I'd share a few pics.

I have been running a set of Ohlins for about 7500 miles.....You will love them. I little stiff on the softest setting, but you will love them! Good opportunity to share a picture of mine that I took this morning....

Sorry to thread jack, but it seems appropriately different than you summer heat!

I appreciate you sharing a picture of your ride in the snow. Man, do I miss snow! KC, I thought an Ohlins shock would be over kill for me and my occasional daily driver intentions, however I wanted this to be a one-shot one kill sorta affair. I figure I'll have to rebuild them once or twice during the life of the g-ride at most. Plus the fender well gap just kills me as evidenced by the two pictures I posted.

I live only 15 minutes away. I wish I would have known. If you are still around let me know.

I definitely will. I haven't seen you post in a while. I'm glad to see your still around. We should get together after the New Year. I'll be here in Alexandria (commuting to Ft Polk) for the next year and a half so plenty of time for get togethers. There's a new forum for the Louisiana area fellas called www.gulfcoast.dsm that I've begun to frequent. We should organize a meet via the site sometime.
