ARP Head studs

I can not find the torque spec sheet on my regular ARP head studs. Does anyone know it off top of there heads?
 

ARP
WITH ARP MOLY LUBE

Head studs - 80ft lbs
Main studs - 60 ft lbs
Rob bolts - 40 ft lbs

Found that for 6 bolt motors, on the 4g tuner website.
