are these stock cams???

they are not the same as the 3 other sets of stockers that i have. i am not sure, don't want them to go to waste if there are something good.

A caliper will tell you for sure. Castings can be misleading because they may be regrinds.

That and they could be from any of the dohc 4g variants, auto, 2nd gen, Hyundai, 1800's, N/A etc.

You should get them measured and find out the cam specs. Any machine shop will be able to measure them out. My first thought was web cams. I dunno for sure though.
