Apexi N1ncatback exhaust

Does a 1g Apexi N1 catback exhaust fit our cars without any modification? I see a good amount of members run them, but I was wondering if I had to buy anything extra or expect to modify the exhaust in anyway. I plan on using a RRE long downpipe.

Expect to make up the difference in length. Dsm is shorter.

so would I have to add something between the downpipe and the cat back section?
