Anyone know what the temperature is at the J-Pipe?

That is one hell of a difficult question. Do you want temps at idle? Temps after a few hrs of running the car, Temps if the car is in Fl , ,Alaska, New York etc. There is no firm answer for a question like this you have to be specific as no 2 cars run the same. Your best bet is to buy or borrow a friend's infrared temp sensor aim it at your j pipe and take a reading this way it will be correct for your car.
 

Maximum temperature reached in that J-Pipe...since I have JB weld holding a barbed fitting. I thought it was a no go at first since JB Weld holds to about 400 degrees and can hold for 10 minutes at 500 degrees.

Now I am reading that the temperature doesn't exceed 400 degrees at full boost. No pals with a infared temp sensor....

I hope that is specific enough. I just want a generalization.

I just found this...looks like I am pretty safe to 110 degrees out and 28 psi with JB Weld.
