Quoting evoMR15:
"engine chocks"

Were do you get chokes out of chocks? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif People are trying to help you help yourself. If we can't understand what your trying to say, due to spelling error's, and bad grammar, how do you expect us to help you? A little more info wouldn't hurt the cause either.

Ok if your going to get mad over a word i spelled wrong then dont reply
simple as that alright

Nobody is going to want to help someone who A) Uses bad grammar and B) Acts like a tool. Good luck.

Dude im a tool because you guys get all upset over one f***ing word like get over it and if you dont want to help then keep your comments too yourself and get off my post simple as that.

Evo15mr I understand your upset about your car. But man you can't come on here asking for someone's help and become a smartass asking someone if they know what choke means when there just trying understand what's going on and help you. Your not going to get any help that way. Just a word if advice.

Try talking to the PO... if he can handle you then fine... everyone here is trying to help everyone. You shouldn't get upset when someone can't understand you... hell I Have dislexic siblings like my brother coolclean577 on here... he makes an effort on his post and nobody jocks him. Its the circle you must be in, as long as you help us help you we can help you all together.

As to this thread. Explain yourself more without getting so pissed off... I mean chill out smoke some of that humbolt and relax. Tell us in detail what's good man.... not, it chokes and stutters.... its how it chokes out and how your driving it and what speeds and when does this occur..... again Allan the PO can answer in person what's up he's close and knows his car...

You still having problems with the car?

Here are a few questions that you can answer and give us a better idea of whats going on.

When you start the car does it start up normal, or does it take a long time? Once it starts and idles does it idle normally, or is it rough? Once it gets past the choke when you hit the gas does it rev up like normal and as high as you want it to, or does it stop reving at a certain RPM?

Any information related to the problem would help. Did you just finish working on something when this happened? Also if you edit your signature with your mods that could clue people in to something.

^^ /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rofl.gif Thats great! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rofl.gif

Bryan, check the Base Idle Set Screw. Remember, the car was surging and I had to adjust it to compensate when the idle stabilized (after it gets to operating temps). Also, the ECU was recapped by Terry Posten in late 2007 and the car has been garaged most of the time and I've only added a few thousand miles on the car since then so it's a pretty slim chance that it's the ECU caps. Last thing, I was going to send out the datalogger docking station/charger today to the Las Vegas address that you gave me, but now you claim that you are from Palmdale, where do you want me to send it?

Well i fixed the problem the spark plug wires where like ripped from the tips man i did a nice tune up now it runs great

You know there is a second set of plug wires in that box of parts that I gave you. I called you but you didn't answer so I sent the datalogger charger and shifter bushings to the Vegas address you gave about 12 hours ago.

Yeah I used those
it's cool I'm moved in with my fiancé that's my parents house so it's all good
