1g thermal catback on a vr4?

im planning on buying a 1g thermal catback, will this work on my vr4? let me kno if its a good idea.

This topic has been discussed several times.

You will need a 2g downpipe, a testpipe or cat, and then the catback will be long enough. BUT you will have to relocate the hangers.
