Pretty sure just wanted to be positive. Got this hahn 16g turbo and it has a m12x1.5 thread on the oil inlet, the restrictor i have is standard mitsu inlet thread m12x1.25.

Is restrictor even necessary for this turbo when fed with an 4 from ofh?

The reason for feeding a 16g from the oil filter housing, and not the cylinder head is that we want the higher oil pressure for the journal bearings.

You might want to compare the I.D. of the stock line to the I.D. of 4AN line lol. 4AN is not very big at all.

No it is not. Look inside the casting hole were your oil feed fitting or line screw into. There will be a pretty small hole compared to say a Garrett or holder turbo.

Hahn Racecraft built the Super 16g,20g, and 25g specifically for the DSM community. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rofl.gif

Ever notice they have Mitsubishi logos cast on there 10cm housings?

I realy don't care. If it blows smoke ill add one in line.

Your not helping anyone. Are you trying to troll or just seem ignorant?

Here is an excerpt from the Hahn website:

After endless experimentation, we ended up with Super Turbos. What is a Super Turbo? Simply, it is a Mitsubishi 16, 20 or 25G that has been specifically engineered to address the problems described above. Designed by Bill Hahn Jr., and manufactured exclusively for Hahn RaceCraft by Mitsubishi, Super Turbos have many exclusive features, but perhaps the best one is this: they carry a full Mitsubishi factory warranty!

How did we get Mitsubishi to honor a warranty on these units? Simple...they are untouched internally, as they need no internal mods to do the job. Super Turbos are, as delivered, ready to bolt on and FLOW with no additional boring or porting (weakens housings), clipping (destroys turbine wheel efficiency), or any other questionable machining operations needed.

I was referring to your truck application comment. Yes I know they are made by Mitsubishi and all they did was modify/design their own the housings.
