My clutch is quickly dying, so I need a new one, but want to keep it OEM as I am not running very much power over stock (turbo back 3" and running 1bar of boost through a Greddy EBC)

Are these the correct part numbers?:
MD747788 Disc
MD734041 Pressure Plate

Next question is OEM or get the Exedy OE replacement (a lot of the parts places online say the factory disc is discontinuted)?

my car came with a new clutch to put in, but its a 6 puck unsprung disc that I am afraid will be way too aggressive for 99% street driving. Also is a new ACT of Exedy throwout bearing any good with an OEM style clutch (I have a new one in my trunk) or should I order up the new OEM TO bearing? I have also ordered the competition clutch clutch fork/pivot.

An Exedy clutch will be fine. You might consider a new flywheel too. They aren't that expensive and your may have cracks due to the heat cycles and age.

As for the TOB, OEM is best but you can use one form ACT or Exedy, but you will want to verify it is properly greased. HERE is a step-by-step for removing the seal and re-greasing the TOB so it lasts like the OEM.
