Not so difficult. A bit more if you want to retain ABS function on a 91. See the how to section and search for 5 lug conversion. There are some good threads there.

After you review information there, then feel free to ask specific questions as necessary for clarification. I have done a few of these and many others have done it as well, so lots of knowledge available.

I would add, salvaging the Galant ABS with the 5 lug swap isn't really worth the hassle, IMO. The ABS system on the Galant is horrible, even in pristine working condition.

If you've got the complete front hubs and the rear spindles, the swap is pretty straight forward. Simply unbolt the old, and replace with the new and done (if not preserving the ABS).

Really don’t need the write up. Get the hubs/spindles you need and it’s like doing a wheel bearing. Extremepsi sells the front hubs. Spindles will need found by junkyard or other means.

Jnz has a kit for getting rid of abs. Rear lines need no modification, remove lines going to abs module install new prop valve and stainless lines to intermediate lines or get 1g non abs lines if you’re biting the budget. Intermediate lines can be reused unless you have coilovers, in which case buy new stainless intermediate lines anyways.

Lastly unplug abs computer in trunk or remove wiring and permanently disable.

Cliff notes on 5 lug swap/abs delete.
