External Wastegate Question

For those with external wastegates or knowledge thereof...where is the second actuator port located. For example I have a Tial 38mm external and in the HKS EVC EZ Boost Controller directions it says to connect one vac line to the wastegate's second actuator port. So anyone know where this is?, can't see it anywhere on the unit.

It is the port on the top that is usually left open.
