I like this manifold alot, but im using it on 1g and the 1g front mount is longer.. also the turbo sits lower then a reg dsm t4 mani.. this manifold is really made for a vr4 or ggsx.. i had it on my 1g but had to weld the 90 on..nothing wrong with the manifold , just mocked to fit a galant and...

that t4 35r housing is wide and makes it hard even with a normal bottem mount lol

Sucks I had a set of 3g lifters I basically threw in with a sale of a 1g head with no extra charge, if I knew you needed them I would gave them to you.

these 2 wires that were cut were twisted together, the temp sensor on rad was not connected nd connector was jumped with a paper clip.. fan took a crap nd caused the fan harness to melt all the was to the fuse box.. still doing the wiring.. should I twist them back together?

I have a fan harness and 2 out of the 6 wire were cut.. 2 go to the rad sensor(green/black) and 2 go for the fan(blue/black).. what were the other 2 for?? were they needed?

I've just put together a 1991 eagle talon tsi awd. I will be moving to florida soon and was thinking about getting somethingelse so im whilling to trade my 1g for a vr4..modsengine6 bolt motor wesico 8.3.1 compression pistons .20 over stock chapied rods arp head studs feltpro...

All 1g intake manifolds are the same, 90 has a different throttle body with a different tps plug. 90 fuel rail is different from a 91-94 fuel rail also.

Nice this is my old car, I sold it to my friend then he didnt want to deal with a project.. This car made alot of street passes nd track passes .. Videos on youtube of me racing with this car.. Sure miss it and glad that its in the right hands, please keep me posted on the build.. Good luck

I always go with a non turbo throttle body and block off the isc module..I even cut off the 3 vaccum ports on top of throttle body and weld them shut..this give you less chances of boost leaks..

I would line it up just to make sure there is no problems..

1qkfwd, did you need to cut some of the front motor mount to fit the oil drain with the erl mani.. Ive done a few turbo setups on galants and dsms and if im using a 10an-12an drain I had too trim the front motor mount..that was with a evo3 mani and fp mani

the left diff is stock, the right one is the tre welded diff kit.

When fp had a christmas it was 180 shipped with gaskets, but 225 is good, especially for the best flowing dsm cast manifold out there.
